• Sketch of exact location.
• Photos of the property (minimum 6).
• Free tax certificate. (No encumbrance certificate)
• Copy of statement from water bill, where it applies.
• Copy of last payment of taxes and federal zone, where it applies.
• Copy of last maintenance fees payment if applicable.
• Copy of proof of current address.
• Copy of marriage certificate, if applicable.
• Copies of Deeds
• Copy of valid official identification.

As a Company:

You must provide all of the above requirements plus:

Social Constitutive Act.

Copy of Power of Attorney.

Legal Aspect Contracts

The Director of Sales and/or Sales Managers must review and authorize any development of commercial contract mediation before being presented to you.

Customer must provide the following documents when applicable:

Individual: legible photocopy of the passport or official government ID.

• If the property is not in the customer's name, must provide a copy of the power of legal representation of the legal owners in order to enter into said contract.

Company: Copy of the constitution and the power of attorney from that firm, photocopy of passport or ID card as the authorized voter.
